Dave Alhadeff is the Founder of Lighthouse Consulting and a seasoned consultant in organizational performance, change leadership and talent strategy. Dave has spent the past 20 years assisting organizations across multiple industries with the people and organizational issues associated with their most challenging business problems. He has worked in the areas of leadership development and succession, change management, workforce training, communication strategy, performance management and many other human capital disciplines. Prior to his move into consulting, Dave spent several years in sales and marketing management in the forest products industry, ultimately taking on leadership of global sales training. Dave is a certified instructor and facilitator, and he is a published writer and speaker on topics related to generational workforces, talent strategies in changing economic times, and leadership development. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Biology from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
